1. Who operates this site

myoolala.com, the profiles published on it and the payments taken through it are operated by:

"myOolala", "we" and "us" in this notice, in the terms of service and in the privacy policy all refer to that company.

2. What this site offers

myOolala holds several versions of a personal or organisational profile under one account. Each profile has its own public address, its own content and its own visibility, and can be carried by the people you share it with as an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass that updates when you edit it.

What each plan includes, and at what price, is set out on the pricing page. What you may and may not do with an account is set out in the terms of service.

3. Who collects the money

Card payments on this site are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on a page hosted by Stripe and are never handled by myOolala.

Two kinds of payment exist on the site, and they are collected differently:

• Plans. A subscription or a one-time plan is sold by Oolala Next FZ-LLC, to you, on its own behalf.
• Donations to a profile. When you support a profile, the payment is collected by Oolala Next FZ-LLC on that profile's behalf. The payment page says so before you pay, and the receipt says so again. Donations made through this site are not tax deductible.

4. Where the site runs

• Hosting, CDN and edge routing: Vercel.
• Database, authentication, edge functions and file storage: Supabase.
• Payments: Stripe.
• Wallet passes: Apple for Apple Wallet, Google for Google Wallet.

Account data is stored in the eu-central-2 region, in Zurich, Switzerland. What each of these companies receives, and on what legal basis, is set out in the privacy policy.

5. Measurement

Visits are counted with Plausible, which sets no cookie and builds no profile of the visitor. It is the only measurement script the site loads. Questions about data go to privacy@myoolala.com.

6. Content and rights

The myOolala name, the Oo mark, the interface and the texts of this site belong to Oolala Next FZ-LLC. Everything a user publishes on their own profile, including photographs, texts and links, remains theirs; the terms of service set out the licence they grant us to display it.

To report content published on a profile, write to hello@myoolala.com with the address of the profile concerned.

7. Law and changes

This notice is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as stated in the terms of service, which also name the competent courts. When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
