myOolala is built on a simple principle: your data is yours. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.
Your data is hosted on Supabase infrastructure (AWS), in the eu-central-2 region (Zurich, Switzerland). Switzerland benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision, ensuring a level of data protection equivalent to the EU/EEA. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Because our hosting region is located in Switzerland — outside the European Union and European Economic Area — your personal data is transferred to a third country within the meaning of Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR. The legal basis for this transfer is the European Commission's adequacy decision for Switzerland (Article 45 GDPR), which recognises Switzerland as providing a level of data protection essentially equivalent to that guaranteed in the EU/EEA. No further onward transfer of your personal data outside this scope takes place under our standard operation.
You can export, modify, or delete your data at any time from your cockpit dashboard (Settings). Account deletion is permanent and removes all associated data.
