Use Case — Associations & Organizations
One identity your whole organization can share.
An association is not one person. Donors, volunteers, partners and journalists each need something different — from the same organization.
Your presence is scattered
A website that takes a week to update. A Facebook page someone set up years ago. A collection platform on one link, a volunteer form on another. A group chat nobody can find. Printed flyers with a QR code pointing to a page that has since moved.
Every new contact gets a different fragment. The donor never sees the volunteer call. The volunteer never hears about the gala. And when something changes, it changes in one place out of six.
An organization needs one address it controls — one that stays current everywhere it has already been shared.
One address, several audiences
Create a separate context for each audience. Same organization, same link, different content — and you decide what each one shows.
Public
What you do, in one line. Your site, your socials, how to reach you. The version you print on a flyer.
Donors & supporters
Where the money goes, your current campaign, and the way to give. The version you put in a newsletter.
Volunteers
How to join, what you need this month, who to contact. The version you share in a group chat.
Events
A gala, a fun run, a collection drive. Give it its own context, share it by QR, archive it when it is over.
Supporters keep you in their wallet
This is the part a link page cannot do. Anyone who opens your profile can add your organization to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in one tap — no account to create, nothing to install.
From then on you are not a bookmark they lose. You are a card sitting next to their boarding passes.
And you can reach them. When you have news that matters — a campaign closing, a volunteer call, a date that moved — you send one short message and it appears as a notification on every supporter's phone. No mailing list, no open rate, no algorithm deciding who sees it.
Once a day at most, by design. It stays an event, not a feed.
Several ways to receive support
Collecting is one thing an organization does, not the only one. So we do not force a single route — you keep the one that already works for you.
Link what you already use
Available nowYour existing collection page, your transfer details, your membership form. Put it on the context that needs it. Change it once, and everywhere you have already shared your link stays current.
Direct giving on your page
ComingA Donate button on your profile, opening a payment page in your organization's name. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The donor gets a receipt by email, you see every gift. Built and tested — we are finishing our own legal review before switching it on.
HelloAsso, for French associations
PlannedIf you already collect through HelloAsso, we plan to connect your campaign directly, so supporters land where your accounting and your receipts already live. You keep HelloAsso. myOolala becomes the address that leads to it.
We say plainly what is live and what is not. Anything marked coming or planned is not available today, and nothing on this page is billed as if it were.

How it works
- Claim your name. Your organization gets myoolala.com/u/yourname — short enough to say out loud, stable enough to print.
- Set up your contexts. Start with the public one. Add donors, volunteers or an event when you need them.
- Share one link. On flyers, in your email signature, on your socials, as a QR code on a poster. Update it once and it is updated everywhere.
- Let supporters add you. They tap once to keep your card in their wallet, and you gain a way to reach them later.
